About Dr. Green

Dr. Jerome Green MD, FRCSC is a urologist and the Head of Urology at Southlake Health in Newmarket, Ontario. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Green provides comprehensive urological care for men, women, and children throughout the York Region and surrounding communities.

Dr. Green completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1999. He went on to complete his urology residency at the University of Ottawa in 2004, followed by a fellowship in Andrology and Reconstruction at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto. He holds the designation of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC), reflecting the highest standard of surgical training and competence.

In addition to his role at Southlake Health, Dr. Green is a pioneer in focal therapy for prostate cancer through his involvement with Precision Urology Canada and the NanoKnife program. His practice encompasses a full spectrum of urological conditions, from bladder dysfunction and kidney stones to urologic cancers and pediatric urology.
